Sullivan County Rural Electric Cooperative is very appreciative to the 500+ members who participated in the 2024 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) survey.

SCREC received a score of 84 out of a possible 100! The average score of investor-owned utilities is 72; municipal utilities, 71; and cooperative utilities, 74.


Survey questions 1-4 are generated by ACSI. We are pleased to announce the following average responses (1 being very poor and 10 being very excellent):
