Thinking about buying an electric vehicle? The Cooperative has a special rate just for you. By charging your electric vehicle (EV) at night you can save money each and every month. Please see rate information below.

You have the option of adding a second meter for your EV (EV Rate 7) or converting your entire home to the Time-of-Use (TOU) rate (Rate 4)… whichever works best for you.

Please contact us if you have any interest in the EV rate or the TOU rate.

EV RATE-7

Applicable to separately metered service to a battery charging system for the purpose of charging a licensed electric motor vehicle which is either owned or leased by the member. A member must have an active regular single-phase electric service at the same location in order to be eligible for this additional service under the terms of this rate. Service under this rider is subject to the member’s participation in the Cooperative’s electric vehicle charging program that includes installation of a separate meter which will solely measure the usage of the electric vehicle charging equipment.
