Before excavating, it's important to know where underground electrical, cable, water, or gas lines are located. Contractors and home owners are reminded to call 8-1-1 before excavating.
Once contractors and home owners call 8-1-1 (PA One Call), utility companies visit the site to mark the location of underground lines.
