Sometimes we can all use a little help. And, with winter approaching, some may need help to keep warm. That's why LIHEAP was created.
LIHEAP is the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program that helps low-income families pay their heating bills. It is a grant: you do not have to repay it.
To apply, simply fill out the application (also available in Spanish). Completed applications can be mailed to:
